The year 2005 will be over soon so let's see what trips/flights you guys have planned for the next year. My list is (still) rather short.
Booked flights:
DUS-ZRH-DUS on LX/EW in January to attend the ZRH A.net winter meeting
Planned flights:
Ghana Int. Airlines' inaugural flight to DUS, I really hope that a certain A.netter can make this possible
An UAE/Iran trip in March or April to get the Saha Air 707, the Iran Air Tours Tu-154 and other nice aircraft types (this trip depends on the situation in Iran)

On January 1st I'm flying LHR-IAD-RIC on BA WT+ and UA but only the one booked trip so far...
-Taking my girlfriend to South Africa for the first time in February, IAD-LHR-CPT-LHR-IAD in UA Business and BA First.
-Also probably going to her families reunion in July in SEA, so that looks like to be JFK-SEA-JFK on AA, possibly First, possibly coach. We are doing it over a weekend so making it as less stressful and as comfortable as possible, but it is $275 in coach vs $1300 in First...
-Then the obligatory trips back to see the parents in the UK every few months, probably BA Club World or WT+, IAD-LHR-IAD...better the devil you know

Nothing special planned yet... next year will begin with a couple of hops between FRA, ZRH and VIE for the first one or two months - so it'll just be the same as the last few months have been...

It's amazing that taking a total of 6 flights to get a return from Birmingham back home to Plymouth is only £25 more expensive than a return on Virgin trains - and that's with a Railcard, without one the price would be near £80! The trip to New York is just for a bit of fun, buy a new lens (or two) and celebrate my Birthday commencing mid Atlantic on the return from JFK!
