Delta SkyMiles Gold Medallion for the past couple of years. I just keep falling short of Platinum Medallion which I guess isn't a bad thing. I've got 130K miles in the account right now but I had cashed in 200K earlier in the year for 2 tickets to LHR on VS.

I am Flying Blue Silver member until the end of 2006. After that I will look for another SkyTeam FFP because Flying Blue almost sucks as much as Shithansa's Miles&Less does.

BA Silver (OW Sapphire) - valid thru Feb 07
LH Senator (Star Allaince Gold) - valid thru Feb 07
BD Silver (Star Alliance Silver) - valid thru March 06
BD will go this year, have little intention of keeping it thanks to LH status and the fact I redeemed my BD miles down to about 4000.
Quoting Zkojh (Reply 7): woo woo, tho just under 9,000 member points short for GOLD!!
My father just earned BD Gold (lots of BD travel the poor bugger) and it appears that within BD the only benefits are.....four upgrade vouchers which seem to be pretty useless now BD has gone all modularly. Well unless you fly BD longhaul in which case you can upgrade to BD new economy...woohoo Compare that to something like UA PremEx or UA 1K.
IMO one of the best things about Diamond Club was part miles, part cash

Unfortunately my company books me on whichever airline gives them the best deal so my miles are all spread out. Silver on DL almost elite on UAL one flight to go. Enough miles for free tix on CO, DL and UAL. Random miles on Airtran, NWA (1000 only), HP, Alaska, and AA.

That stinks! I bet they want you to give them a four hour window on either side of your preferred travel time as well? Fight back, it's your time away from home they are messing with. At least go when and by whom you want!

AC Aeroplan Elite (Star Gold) 91K miles with them (just 9K left for Super elite)
LH M&M Silver (Star Silver) 75K miles with them
No status on OW or ST.
May switch to AF Flying Blue next year (since they've started flights ex-BLR). Wish they had a status match offer (they don't in India )

To give them credit on my flights home they do give me the option of booking myself but I have to stay within their price usually difficult to do on a last minute flight.
The cool thing about it is that I get to experience all kinds of airlines and make comparisons. This year I've flown on Emirates, Luftansa, Turkish, Jetblue, Independence, Delta, Continental, Expressjet, Mesa, Transtates, America West, United, BA, NWA, Alaska, ANA, Korean Air, JAL, AA, American Eagle, Aer Lingus, Gulf Air, and World Airways.

You sure do get to try out a fair amount there. Hope Delta took good care of you.
