Contact Air Madrid. They fly from MAD and I believe from BCN to BOG. Air Plus Comet also has some good deals to BOG from MAD.

Cartegena is not Bogota, NM flies to BOG also and the Milan flights are charters.....
The cheapest option will probably be taking AV and IB BRU-MAD-BOG.
There are other options.
DL/AV: BRU-JFK-BOG (might also be cheap)
NM/ another LCC: BRU-MAD or BCN-BOG
AF: BRU-CDG-BOG (expensive)
CO: BRU-EWR-BOG: Might be expensive
Nice to see a Belgian visiting my city! I have Belgian nationality and i try to encourage Belgians to visit Colombia every time i meet one through the Colombian-Belgian association!!!! I hope the Belgian community grows in BOG and that there could be more Belgian tourists to Colombia.
