I would put EGYPT AIR up there as well. They have 400 flights per week
They operate to 66 destinations, and their fleet consists of:
2 743
5 772
4 735
3 A342
5 A300-600 (they will be replaced with 5 A332 in Feb. 2006)
12 A320
4 A321
2 332

Total fleet size is 37 aircrafts.

Tunis Air on the other hand, flies to 44 destintations and they operate 29 aircrafts:
12 A320
3 A319
3 A300-600
4 735
7 736

My sources are: www.egyptair.com.eg and www.tunisair.com (in French)

Probably their routes. The longest route is to DXB via BEY. Look at their destination map on their website! But i'm not sure my reasoning is the right one.

but Ethiopian is not a north african airline.

Does someone know why Tunisair doesn't fly to the USA or to Southern Asia Aand only focusses on Europe and Arab countries?

What would you call it then? It's not a Middle Eastern airline, nor a sub-saharan airline either.

Okay my friend, I do accept your point of view.  bigthumbsup  Where would you place Ethiopian if not in northern Africa? They don't really fit in sub-saharan Africa due to culture, geography, and background.

Tunisair would have a successful service to NYC and Quebec. China would also have a potential. The appropriate aircraft type would be the A332, but seems like it is not in the near future. It is more financial than other !!!
