I've got a wedding in Rome this summer and want to fly business or first from the US East Coast. I'd like your takes on who has the best premium service.

I'm familiar with the DL BizE (I take them several times a year to the UK and AMS) but that's about it.

Doesn't the Pope deserve his own private jet to take him to the wedding  Wink

I would reccomend flying on Swiss to ZRH in First, but make sure you get the A340 and not the A330 as the A340 offers a better product  Smile The flight will be from JFK  Smile

You can then pick up a connecting flight at ZRH to MXP flying on the RJ100  Smile

Swiss is an excellent airline, I reccomend flying them  Smile

My second suggestion is BA via LHR (from JFK, EWR, IAD, MIA, BWI, BOS...)  Smile

If you wan't to fly direct, then I would reccomend flying Aliatalia on the 777-200ER (EWR and JFK)

There's also CO BusinessFirst, nonstop from EWR to either FCO or MXP. While I've never had the chance to fly it myself, I've repeatedly read that out of all the US carriers, it's far and away the best J service to Europe. You'd be either on a 777 or a 762, both of which would be relatively new aircraft.

CO BusinessFirst gets my vote.

It's an awesome product . . .

On the 764:
