What is your favorite aircraft in Delta's domestic fleet?
The choices are:
737-200
737-300
MD-88
MD-90
737-800
757-200
767-200
767-300 (excludes most ERs)
767-400ER
My favorite would be the 767-400ER. The 777-style interior is very nice.

Quoting Btriple7 (Reply 3): What about the 777? They fly some domestic routes.
While they may be thrown in for some domestic routes, they are configured with BusinessElite and are in the international fleet. The number of 777s on domestic routes is likely to diminish with the international expansion.

1. 777 in BizElite
2. 757
3. 737-200
I'll be flying the MD-90 tomorrow for the first time but I have a feeling it is somewhat like the Maddog.

FYI, the MD-90 has IFE.

I've heard they do fly the occasional domestic route, but do you know any specifics?
Anywho, all the DL routes I've been on used the 757, 767-300 or the MD-88. Out of those 3, I'd defintely have to say the 757. I know everyone bashes it, but the MD-88 makes me feel claustrophobic (plus it's really loud if you don't get a seat near the front) and the 763...eh...in F the seats are rediculously narrow; as for Y on the 763...nothing terrible about that, but I flew F most of the time, and for F, it's terrible.

738 for comfort - people - sit in 29/30ABC or 31BC!
764 - great plane.
732 - how can you not love them.
MD88.
I HATE the DL 757s. The most uncomfortable plane in the sky IMHO.

What is wrong with the 757s? They IMO are Delta's BEST narrowbody, along with the 737-800. I especially like the 757s with the refurbished interiors.

As expected the MD-90 was just like a MD-88. The only difference was the IFE which was nice and those big windows which were great. I didn't have to hunch over to look outside.
But the 777 still takes the cake.
