My favorite flight was on the fourth of July two years ago from FNT-CVG. The flight was completely empty so my dad and I decided to non-rev on it. Me and him were the only ones on the plane. Service was great and our drinks never went empty. While we were flying we were able to see lots of fireworks going off all around the plane, it was pretty sweet.

I'd say IAD-LHR in Easter '03 on BA, great service and crew, almost made it worth coming back to cold Britain .
Nothing was too much for the cew, for example, I have never been one to sleep on aircrafts, even on 11hr long LHR-LAX flights, the crew noticed I was awake, and so regulary came round topping up drinks and making sure I wasn't hungry and that I was fine, always with a smile and truly enjoying their job, best flight and crew I've ever had.
Also in a near 2nd was LHR-LAX last summer during the BA catering problem, the crew made up 100% for the lack of food, I spent a few hours (!) talking to them, and were genuinely interested in what I said (and visa-versa).
So far haven't flow anyone with better crew than BA

Mine was proably...
London Heathrow to Doha
Flight left LHR in the Evening, perfect weather, smooth flight and a superb sunrise en-route to DOH
I was in Y class, the aircraft was only weeks old and brand new, the flight was only 60-70% full due to the death of King Fahd. (Flight was due to be full but the flight was during the mourning period of King Fahd)
Superb service and excellent aircraft, even featured blue cabin lighting which was awesome
Plus a excellent approach into DOH, DOH is a wonderful city
Best from a while back, that wasn't written up was BKK-LHR in BA First from summer 2001 at the end of a holiday in Thailand with my brother and parents. There were only a couple of other passengers in the cabin, the service was incredible all the way back to LHR. My best F flight to date
Hopefully I'll be adding LHR-CPT in BA F next month to my list of best flights...

Not really an int'l traveler. Best flight ever.... DL447 LAS-JFK on Feb 14, 2005. It was on a 757. The flight itself was great....best meal service I've ever had on DL. It was scallops with risotto, IIRC. At this point, F still had real tablecloths and glasses. It was 2 months before DL cut out "real" F service on domestic flights, and about 3 months before DL gave song all of their transcon. routes.

Till now DXB-Melbourne on EK A345... Such a wonderful flight... the ICE is a wonderful toy, the A345 was A6-ERJ which had nearly a month of service when I took it the 5th of October and it was such a silent plane... I enjoyed each minute of the 14 hours of flight...Obviously a window seat and a nice view of Maldives enroute as well. The only little problem I could find was the legroom... not that good. But I just love to be seated at the windowseat with only one seat to pass for the toilet... A wonderful A340/A330 feature.
The landing was impossible to notice.... so soft... amazing.
I've still to try an EK A343 flight PER-DXB the 24th... Looking forward to this experience really a lot

My best flight was CO from BHX-EWR in BusinessFirst.Great seats , even though it was a 757, but best of all was crew/meal service.
I have flown many(toomany) times but this service EX UK was the best.
Meal at a leisurley pace but not too long between courses. Then a couple of hours after that a smell of Chocolate chip cookies being baked on board started the taste buds again , served with good coffee. Then an afternoon tea service with real Devon Cream and scones.... Ii could hardly walk off at the other end!! The cabin crew were interesting and wanted to talk .
Just a great flight
