Having worked with 5G for years now, I was curious on some feedback of what passengers really think. I hear so many different things and never get a true opinion of the airline from others.

Not just with Sky, but with all charters, pax don't notice who they are flying until they have a bad meal at the buffet table, then you can't get them to shut-up: "Oh, you work for (insert name here) , well one time i .........." and thats just at the gas pump and you're in uniform to/from home after/before work.

HI Ricardo,
great that you "reveal" yourself as an employee. I flew with C-FRAA YYZ-PVR and back on the same aircraft. Sadly, it was pretty crappy. The crew was nice and friendly, but FRAA was old. The seats were very worn, so that you felt your bum badly after the trip. Service wasn't great either, but that's ok, because that's what you expect from a charter carrier on a relatively short trip. In short, I wasn't impressed at all and - to my own surprise - was more happy with Air Transat the previous year (A 300 and L1011 YYZ-VRA-HAV).

I have found that Skyservice has a pretty poor on time record. I havent flown on Skyservice without a delay before. Due to maintenence or something along the matters of that... why not get the work done the night before... not when the flight is due for takeoff?
