I was just in CUN a few weeks ago and I saw a DC-3 and two 727s that were gutted out. If anyone is going there could you maybe try to get a couple of shots of them or more info about them. It's sad to see 727s that way but it's part of their life. Thanks

GulfstreamGuy, That is an old maintenance yard used for various purposes. Sometimes also used for firefighter training. I had formed a friendship with one of the main CUN rampers who spoke good english, and I was supposed to take a ride with him over to that area on my last trip to CUN as a F/A, but my trip got changed.. I'd also love to see a close up of those planes..

Was just there in CUN last week. One 727 is an ex Allegro one, XA-TLZ from my notes, one 727 is an ex AeroExo one that has been there for years (seen there in 1994 I think when it was just parked). No reg visible. Saw the DC3 behind the AeroExo 727 but didn't get a good look at it reg-wise.
Hope the info helps.
