Here is the situation; If someone were to begin a career with an airline by starting out with an entry level job such as a CSR or Ramper and wanting to move up, which U.S. airline would be the best to work for.
Please take into account the following:
-Current state of each airline, i.e., DL and NW being in CH. 11
-Promoting from within
I would think that CO would be a nice choice because they have been in Forbes best companies to work for year in and year out. I always see WN and B6 employees happy about their situation.

I have a friend that is a captain for AS. and even if you have to work your way up it is a strong solid airline. I personally think WAY better then WN.
go to alaskaair.com to find out all about the pay etc. you can do a search and they will tell you everything that is available, what the pay is and all that.
If you don't want to work for AS then Co would be my next best bet.
BUT GET INTO THE SHIPPING COMPANIES... like Fed-Ex, or what ever, they won't go under unlike some airlines CoughDeltaCough. (sorry )
But yeah AS would be your best bet for an airline, that is an American Airline!
to some people the sky is the limit, to aviation enthusiasts, its home!
