Hi , on the 30th of May im looking to treat myself to a day out on the plane. I would like to try out some aviation firsts for me like riding in a turboprop and flying the bae 146 but ideally this trip should cost no more than £55. I thought the kind members of airliners.net would give expert advice .
i have considered the following routings:
PIK-STN-PIK this allows me to fly the 738 but is boring as just 1 aiport/ac
flown this route on a fr 732.
GLA-DUB-GLA got £33 for this new routing/new country but2 same aircraft
GLA-BHX-BHD-GLA Like this but flybe is expensive
EDI(ezy) -LGW-NQY -MAN/BRS-GLA unsure of timings man-gla expensive ,prop
GLA-BRS-DUB(Air southwest)-GLA DITTO
if anyone knows of other destinations fell free to list

It's slightly more than £55, but I think these are a great set of flights for a good price. Basically, you fly to four British cities, on four flights, on three different aircraft types, all on BA for £85! On all these flights you can check in online, or at an airport desk, all in one go, so no need to re-check all the time!

I have flown from LGW to NQY with Air Southwest (for business) - it is not that exciting, apart from the hop from Plymouth to NQY which is scheduled for 12 minutes or something like that.
Why don't you fly to Barra in the outer Hebrides and land on the beach? That appeals to me, but it might be difficult with the timings if you are trying to fit lots into a day.

Oh I had forgotten about your budget, nevertheless I think you will find some special offers on the loganair website which are very cheap indeed. Let us know what you end up booking.
