ok, ever since i flew Air Atlanta in 1996, i have hated them, but does anyone have anyone have any information on the airline/travel company that uses their aircraft, Travel city direct.
what is the service like?
do the engines etc sound good?
is the interior in good nick?

If i remember TCD were using some Excele 767's across to Orlando this winter.
From what I have read, the offer 32" legroom and leather seats in economy on their own branded 743's, (flown by Air Atlanta).
Their reliability from what ive heard, seen, read etc. however has been rathe poor, but the 743's have since rpelaed the 742's and reliability has improved considerably.
I have also heard that customer service from TCD is a little stale, and to prey for things to not go wrong.

(I also have the memory of watching a dirty air atlanta 742 operatign to TCD push back at Gatwick, making an unusual sound, then returnign to the stand and unloading everyone...)

BTW. I was always thinking, that Travel City was offering also only-flight-deals- but couldn't find nothing! So is it possible to book flight-only?
