Hi Guys.

I am an airline employee and going to LAS on Thursday. I really want to fly over the Grand Canyon but it seems so expensive. There seems to be many tour companies that offer these kind of flights.

Do any of these tour companies offer concessions to airline employees?
Can you fly stand by?

Any contact information would be appreciated.

Thanks

Yes you can.
Fly on Scenic(YR).
I believe they only fly from North Las Vegas(VGT) though.
When I worked there, they honored an employee discount right from the ticket counter and it was pretty easy to get on a flight.
Enjoy your trip!

Thanks for that Jeremy.

Just contacted Scenic and they told me that I can fly standby on the Grand Canyon Tour for free.

If you know of any other great discounts like that for airline staff in LAS please let me know.

Many of the hotels in Vegas give airline discounts.
I will see what I can find out for you.
