Not sure if this has been discussed before but I didn't find anything when I did a search.
I like it when airlines take the time to be creative with their livery design and use colors that are not often seen. Therefore, I thought it would be interesting to know which liveries, both past and present, were people's favorites (not counting special liveries like Peter Max).
For me personally, my favorite past livery would be CP Air. I really miss seeing that blend of orange, red and polished silver. It really stood out.

I liked the last TWA livery, especially the world on the side of the planes. PSA with the smiles on the planes was also a favorite. As to current airlines, I like the current and will be last America West. It is whimsical, which matches its desert home. Also, ATA is a hit with me. I am fond of palm trees and petroglyph type symbols.

I'm biased, but I love Midwest's (YX) newer livery. They adopted the new livery just before taking delivery of their first 717, but one of their MD-80s, N813ME, also got the new look after a C Check. Wish they'd give the entire paint job to all of their -80s instead of the partial job on most of them- I think it looks better on the MD-80s.
