One time, I badly mistimed the city bus while walking around downtown San Diego. I was attempting to catch the night flight back to LAS out of SAN at 820p. The bus dropped me off at 755p (about 30 minutes later than I wanted), walked right in the door, checked in (no bags), went upstairs, no line at security, took two minutes to go through, the gate was right in front of security, got my boarding pass at the gate and went right on in, and I was onboard the aircraft by 804p. That's 9 minutes from door of airport to door of airplane. Can anyone beat that? Is that a record? Any similar speed records out there?

Very possibly
I Woke up at 05:40, jumped out of bed, had a wash, threw my clothes on and got a lift to the airport a mile down the road, checked in at 06:00 and the flight took off at 06:28, 2 mins ahead of schedule.
In reverse, my 'personal best' time from leaving my seat on the aircraft to closing the door and getting into the car is 38 seconds
Nope, I'm not talking about private air traffic but flying Air Southwest into and out of Plymouth (England); the aircraft pulls up next to the terminal and you just walk accross the tarmac, through the terminal and out into the car park. Even when collecting luggage it only take 3-4 mins before you are outside.
