hey glennpower,eu so do brasil tbm(im also from brazil) and i recnetly flew on all the aircrafts you've asked about.
1st of all the AF flight on a 777 is not a 300 its a 200 which doesnt have the new seats (naum gostei nem um pouco da cadeira)
2nd the af A330 does have the new seats and they are awesome
and i don't suggest you fly KLM because the seats are weird but still comfortble but the service isnt the best.
P.S if u get on Alitalia i liked it the best, and it was the best flight ive ever had to europe (bussiness class of course)

Take KLM. Those 772s are great. There has been a lot of complains about the seats, but they are very good. Nothing to worry about.
Plus, the service KLM offers is 450% better than AF.
Choose the best and have a wonderfull trip.

Sorry for my late reply, but it's only today I saw your thread.
I have flown KLM's World Business Class to and from Sao Paulo quite a few times and I'd wholeheartedly recommend it. Especially now they are deploying the 777s on the route. The IFE is just amazing (one of the best I have seen), legroom is very good and the flight attendants do their best to make your flight more enjoyable. Food is neither great nor awful, just plain average, although dessert (especially their cakes!) are delicious. A hint: let the F/A recommend you the dessert. These people really know about sweets. The selection of wines is also pretty nice, yet the champagne they give out, without being bad, is not the best.
Air France I have only flown Economy (Tempo) and out of EZE. It was a really nice flight, but I have a certain suspicion the FAs won't be that nice if you speak English. You know, they're French . I'm trying Air France's L'Espace Affaires next July. We'll see then.
So, all in all, I think both airlines are great. But, at least for me, KLM is the way to go. Have an enjoyable flight.

I haven't tried KLM Business Class, but I have tried their Economy class, quite a while back and I'm ready to say that they are among the best in the world.
I have tried L'Espace Affaires, though. The service is good, crew is attentive. Service gets done, but not with abundance. The seats are old, one of them would not recline - they didn't even cancel it, so I got that seat.
I agree with Marambio that some of the crews will not look happy to you if you speak to them in English, but they'll get their job done. Sometimes, they may treat you like a child.
All in all, Air France is good, catering is excellent - the crew is average (sometimes, my return trip for example - the first leg of the flight was EXCELLENT), the seats are not very good (777-200ER still get the old seats) but they get the job done.
But, I would take KLM anyday, as I have experienced them in cattle... err... sorry, Economy (Y) class.
