I have been looking at flights from DUB-MIA. AA via ORD, DL via JFK and AC via YYZ are all a similar price ($500) and I would be happy to stop-over in any of the three hubs. But who is the best to fly with?
AA DUB-ORD 767, ORD-MIA 757. I have flown AA 757s before and they are fine but only 777s transatlantic with AA.
I have never flown DL or AC at all but have heard very mixed reports about AC. Both are flying 767s transatlantic.
Thanks
Next Flights: EI DUB-LHR A320, BA LHR-SFO B744, UA SFO-LAS A320, BA LAS-LHR B744, EI LHR-DUB A320

Greetings EIRules,
I can tell you about DL's 767 Transatlantic Y service and that it is pretty good. There are no PTV's, but all of the 763's I've been on are clean and have nice cabin staff. In terms of your JFK-MIA service, it wouldn't be until about 5:30 leaving you with a four hour layover in DL's "slightly shabby" Terminal 2/3 at JFK, and your flight would be with Comair on a CRJ. With AA/AC you could expect same Int'l Y product as DL, but domestically AC/AA wouldn't have you on a RJ (757/A319/20) and probably their terminals would be in better shape. Hope this helps you out.

Thanks DeltaGuy767, you say it like a CRJ is a bad thing, is it? I also have the option of flying DL to MIA via JFK and home via CDG with AF which would mean a 747, my fave craft

I personally don't think it's a bad plane, however there is an strong resistance on the CRJ on this site, so I assumed that you would want to know if there was a CRJ on that route. Also flying a 747 with AF on the return would be trmpting for me.
