I have looked for pictures, but the only ones I can find are very small. Has anyone been in the Terminal 2 Servisair lounge? Opinions? I read some reviews before and it said the bar service was good, however there was a lack of space. So, anybody able to give me any more information?

Thanks

I'll be in there on Friday morning - if it has net access, I'll let you know!

I don't know - I wouldn't have thought so, though.

The MAN one was refurbished last year.

It's decent enough but nothing special. I use it when flying SQ and it can get crowded in the mornings, especially during the summer with the extra charter flights. It is small.

Two annoying things they have done recently is remove the toaster in the mornings after some idiot set the place on fire with it and the small bottles of water they had that you could take with you have been replaced by 2 litre bottles to prevent this.

They do have a couple of PC's on the right as you walk in facing the counter with slots for coin payment.

Well, having been in the lounge, I can say it is rather nice! Enough seating (though we arrived when the SQ flight was boarding), and well stocked bars with juices, as well as plenty of alcohol (which several people were happily tucking into even at that hour!). I overheard the girl on reception sate that it was to be refurbished over the winter, too.

Spirits are a no-no as they are in the large, standard size bottles as opposed to miniatures. The beer is in standard-sized cans (Boddington's) or bottles (Bud), so possible to sneak off with. The reception desk doesn't overlook the lounge, and the staff don't patrol constantly, so it should be easy enough!
