Low Price Trans-atlantic Business This Winter?

I'm seeing a lot of $2400 or so fares in business to Russia & Ukraine.
Is this a lowering of winter trans-atlantic fares? Usually it's $4000, even for the cheapest biz seats.

If you want to find cheap business flights pick up a copy of Robb Report look in back classifieds under Travel and you'll find a couple of places that offer cheap tickets. I have never tried this myself and have no idea how reputable they are but it's worth a shot.
NB This only applies to business and first class.

Or you could always fly Aeroflot, apparently its not that bad anymore.
