If your aircraft had a theme song, what would it be?

I'd give the DC-9 the song "Like a Rock" from the old Chevy commercials.

How about the 727, DC-10, 747, 737, Airbus, etc...?

Though not a pilot, when I hear this song - the DJ Ferry Corstein remix of the song "Sweetest Dreams" by Corderoy - I am always reminded of flying on Concorde.

Personally, a lot of great 70s hits makes me think of flying. Anything by ELO, Baccara, the Bellamy Brothers. All that music is great for airline commercials!

Since AF's TV commercial is on french TVs all the time, any AF aircraft will have the following theme song :

Title : Between Us
Album : Bleed
Artist : Aswefall (without spaces)

"For all the miles, that lie between us... away with the sea.... away with the sea..."

Fantastic, zen, relaxing song.

Cheers

For AIRBUS aircraft to be more specific I would put any track from SHILLER, a GERMAN electronic group , any song from the "LIEBEN" or from the "TAG UND NACHT" albums.

Who's the "Lowrider?"

Easy, the MD 80

And just cause HP started off with 732s flying them PHX - SJC, I'll always associate that aircraft with "Do you know the way to San Jose?"

747 "Brickhouse"

A320 "Taking Care of Business"
