Hi,
am flying ORD-TYO-PVG v.v. next month. Am not familiar with JAL and would welcome any suggestions. Also I have a FFF card on the 3 major alliances, but
believe that I am out of luck as JAL only joins OneWorld in 2007?

many tks

You can earn miles in the AAdvantage program flying with JAL, depending upon the fare class. The earning chart is here:

Final question ( I hope)
I have the Iberia Plus card ( One World)
In order to get AA points on my YUL-ORD , then connecting to JAL, is it
advisable to get the AA card, or should this work with my IberiaPLus card ?

thanks again !

In economy, expect incredibly small & uncomfortable seats.

Why not just take AA's nonstop ORD-PVG?

I cannot take the AA non-stop, as I am travelling with a group of 30pax,
and this is the routing offered by the touroperator.
