JAL has a "pseudo-Retrojet", in that they have painted a plane (Convair IIRC), in their old livery on the fuselage of a 744. Not a true retrojet, but certainly not bad.
And World Airways has a MD-11 in a retro scheme as well.

Do you have reg. so that I can find pictures of it in the data base without searching endless JAL 747 pictures ?

It will forever be a McDonnell Douglas MD 80 , Boeing MD 80 sounds so wrong

They used to. That plane has since been repainted back to AA's standard livery.

CSA kind of have a retrojet in the 735 they painted in a special 80th anniversary scheme. Not a true one but we're running out of options!

I'd love to see a BA retrojet in BOAC or BEA colours. In fact, I wouldn't mind seeing one in the first BA livery (the one that simply said 'British' on the fuselage).

Others I wouldn't mind seeing are Aer Lingus (any of their previous liveries), South African and BMI/British Midland.

Don't have a picture but I saw a US retrojet at ORD, it was a PSA one, really awesome but it was on the side of the plane opposite of mine so I couldn't take a photo.
