Lake City is the home to Aero Corp, a Maintenance Repair Station. Maybe both of these aircraft needed C-Checks or other such maintenance work.

That's too far away! Why the earth do that two airlines from west originally flights? What's about Goodyear,AZ or Long Beach, CA? Much closer than Florida trip. Whoa!

Because that may be where the aircraft's owner (lessor) wants the work done. I'm not saying this is the only reason those planes would be at LCQ but, since Aero Corp is about the only thing happening at LCQ, it would make sense (moreso than a charter flight to LCQ - unless you have two planeloads of people that want to go to the state prison to watch an execution??).

Don't misunderstand me, I didn't say the aircraft owner was there, I merely suggested that maybe LCQ is where the aircraft owner wants the heavy maintenance work done. That's only one possibility but a lot more probable than two charter flights to LCQ (there just ain't nothing of interest there!). JAX is far more interesting (still about as good as watching flies copulate) and is just a short hop further east from LCQ.

Of course, maybe the Jerry Springer Show is chartering jets looking for more trailer trash for the show!!!!! LCQ would be the place to look for it - its where Jeff Foxworthy gets a lot of his material (then again, so is Eloise, Wahneta and a bunch of other places in my neck of Central Florida, and most of Northern Florida)!

Could also be an additonal staging point for Militry flights as Lake City is in between JAX and PNS.

Correct!!! That could be near of JAX & TLH airport about miles away from Lake City. I know where the airport is in Florida. This is very interested to know about of the charter flight. Well, talk ya later!

This is not a charter flight. The ferry plane flew to Lake City to check up plane for maintenance. There is no passengers to Lake City for purpose.

My favorite town, however, is Waldo. I love the flea market  

Just make sure you don't go speeding thru Waldo. Lake City is not as bad as some of the other cities in Northern FL. Not saying much since I live in Ocala.
