Right now I'm watching CMT (Country Music Television). I just got done watching the music video to the song "Every Friday Afternoon" by Craig Morgan. In the video, he is picking up his son at the gate. The American Airlines Logo and symbols near the gate are very clear and distinct. The terminal looks a bit older. As the video ends, him and his son are walking away from the terminal and you can see gate "C-12" I'm thinking it could be DFW but, the terminal looked a little old. Does American operate out of a C concourse at DFW? If anyone can help me figure out. That would be great. Anyone seen the music video?

Haven't seen the video (much as I like CMT), but DFW is possible. AA does operate out of the C terminal, among others. However, given that it is country music, I would think that BNA (Nashville) might be even more plausible. AA flies out of the C concourse there, too--including C12 for Eagle.

if ur curious about other music video's at airports...heres a few:

Backstreet Boys "I Want It That Way" was done at LAX in some hanger as well as part of it being filmed at the Tom Bradley Int'l Term.

Wyclef Jean "Gone Till November" also done at LAX...i believe Term 2 for a few reasons:
1) Northwest Airlines DC-10 is being viewed blocking in at the gate as well as leaving the gate
2) looks like Term 2 from the hallways going from security - the gates...familiar restaurants.

Please correct me if i'm wrong but also Madonna's "Ray of Light" had a view of the LAX runway (25R maybe?) area (where u can see Term 1, 2, and 3...also very noticable a NW DC-10).

Any others?

I remember U2 did a music video for "Beautiful Day". Im not sure what Airport. They're playing their intruments right on the threshold and I remember a 747 passing above.

Hi!

This has nothing to do with DFW, AA, or CMT, but I have seen a couple of clips that are shot at airports, mostly non-English language clips, at Krakow, JFK, Warsaw and a few other locations.

I saw that same music video today, and have come to the conclusion that yes it is DFW. American does operate out of C12, also the signage is very reminiscent of DFW.

The excellent video for U2's "Beautiful Day" was filmed at Paris-CDG. As I recall, the actual runway where they are playing as planes take off and land was closed for construction at the time, and the planes directly overhead were added later by computer (obviously). However, the planes visible in the background are real. The scenes in the terminal, as well as the cover and insert of the All That You Can't Leave Behind album, were filmed at the very striking terminal 2F.

I have received email confirmation from an a.net member that the video I was talking about was filmed at BNA. But, Scott4AA says that he has come to the clusion that it was filmed at DFW. Looks we have narrowed it down to DFW and BNA. Anyone else care to add some thoughts?
