I hope my topic is not misleading. A year ago, or so, I found on this forum the URL of a website providing informations about airliners. From the "tail number", one was able to know the exact model of airplane ( ex. : B737-300 ), the date of the first flight and the name of former users, I mean airline. Now, this website is down. Could you tell me of such website ?

Here's the N-number look-up site for American airplanes. Gives all the details you want if the plane is registered in the US.
