New York's JFK International has a great one in Terminal 4. It's called The Airplane Shop. I have bought many a Gemini Jets model from there. They have many books, videos, models, posters, etc.

I've heard BWI has a pretty good one up by their observation gallery. But I'll stick with one that's not quite on an airport, but it's close....and that's the Just Plane Crazy store at the southwest coirner of MIA.
