I wonder how much the NRT-ICN flights will be affected after the HND-GMP flights are doubled?

Probably none.
No flights on the NRT-ICN sector have been cut when the first round of HND-GMP flights went into effect. The route continues to see good traffic despite some political differences. Perhaps some flights may be operated by smaller aircraft, like 744 downgraded to 777.

If KE or OZ cuts ICN-NRT, they will lose GMP-HND right. "Not cut ICN-NRT frequcncies" is the compulsory condition to keep GMP-HND for airliners(not sure about Japanese airlines) established by MOCT. Actually OZ will soon increase its capacity, the smallest ICN-NRT flight(OZ107 & 108, A321) will be upgraded to B767 since 15th July.
