I wonder if they have considered flying to Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo or any other Mexican destination. (I've flown on West Jet twice, and I think their service is really good).

I'm not really familiar with their plans for new routes but there could definetly be a possibility. I think it would be great because their service is FANTASTIC.

The resort cities that you mention are certainly a possibility, especially from western Canada cities such as Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton. The flights would probably done a charter or package holiday basis. The 737NG aircraft could handle any of the possible routes.

Nothing Scheduled for Mexico other than charter to CUN, PVR, MZT from places like YEG, YYC, YVR, YWG and YLW I believe, they are a seasonal thing. From the east (YYZ, YOW, YHZ, YUL) they fly to VRA, HOG, SXM and those kind of places for Air Transit. I think in total WS is up to 52 Charter destinations in 8 countries for Air Transit at various points in the year.

Yes, that is correct WestJet operates flights to Mexico on behalf of Air Transat Holidays. So while WestJet is the operator flying the routes, to book seats, you need to go through Air Transat Holidays, not Westjet.
