While there may be no ASA in the usual sense there is obviously at least some sort of agreement, perhaps privately between airlines or NGOs. When HK was still British, there was an agreement between Taiwan and HK and there was no problems with direct flights between the two. I suspect BR's TPE-BKK-LHR flight has more to do with no overflying rights from China (till this year) than anything the British said.Plus some great traffic to and from BKK. | ||
