Yep, a -700. Note the single exit door above the wing. The -800 has two. The -900 has two. The -600 has one but is also shorter in length.

But it's ok. I have trouble telling an A330-200 and an A330-300 apart up close!

Correct. The 737-800 could have been a typo.

That design is probably off. Here is a pic of the jet in the discussion...

While it isn't a clear pic you should be able to make out 737-700 in the image. Its a bit fuzzy but its not an 800 number in the image.

its a typo i was thinking of the flght that i flew up to ATL was an 800

Well, typo 737-700 as 737-800s. And FL don't have 738s as per reply #8. Only his profile says "Pilot for AirTran"... but that doesn't that he is, or that he isn't... but there have been pilots who fail to identify the correct airplane when told "line up and wait behind the next *aircraft type* landing"...

Looks like a 700, 1 exit over wing,..Its a 700. COrrect 800's have 2 overwing exits. But yeah the plane is nice...
