Ok im a FF with DL. I fly the HNL/LAX, and HNL/SFO routes about 2-3 times a month. I am VERY observant person. And at first I thought it was just the scheduling of the crew, but more and more that I fly ive noticed that there has always been 1 very diffent crew memeber. Example I might be on a flight with 7 FA's total 2 of which maybe are African American, 2 or 3 Caucasians. maybe a Asian FA ok you get the point, but its always like just 1 seem to be like from another carrier or something. At first i was thinking of like exhange progam maybe some DL F/A swith places with another airline in the skyteam so it will enable them to fly to differnt desinations. Has anyone ever noticed this?

Those crews bid their positions, they are not placed. We have a very ethicanally divergent crew population. We also have to have LOD, Language of Destination crew onboard in case of emergenices, for communication.

No. We're a very diverse country. Our workforce reflects our diversity by and large.
