I know that this has been mentioned before in another thread but I just found the following pictures on the net:

Big version: Width: 1024 Height: 683 File size: 607kb

Big version: Width: 1024 Height: 680 File size: 405kb

What I did not notice before, and what wasn't discussed before, is that the name Roodborstje on the PH-BXV first was in white, like used to be the case on KLM aircraft. Before delivery it was changed to blue. Does anyone knows the reason for this? Thanks!

Jelle,

Probably a mistake as names are in white with the new colours...

MH017,

You must be right because here it is a picture of the plane on Schiphol (http://www.planespotters.net/Aviation_Photos/photo.show?id=042489) and guess what, the name is in white again.

you have the order mixed up..
boeing delivered the bxu with a blue name, and tried to do that with the bxv also, but the klm team had them change that before delivery, final delivery was with a white name

LarSPL,

I guess you are right. On planespotter.net you can find pictures of the PH-BXU with a blue name. For example:

Is the Albatros still flying with its blue name?
