Hello...

my questions are:

- Is there a shedule for the first production of the 747-8i?

- Are there any fixed dates for things like roll-out etc. like for the 787?

- If there are no fixed dates from Boeing, when do you expect 747-8i roll-out, first flight, etc.?

Firm configuration for the 748i hasn't even been set in stone yet Wink

However Boeing states that 748i EIS will be sometime in 2010. Expect rollout and first flight dates to pop up closer to when that is.

I don't like the idea, that the first A380s will be 3 years before the first 747-8Is...

Do you know when Boeing plans to build the first fuselage-parts?

I'm shocked it would take that long for a lengthened version of an airplant will have so much R&D. But im sure the wait is more the wait to get in line with the 747-400s to built.

747-8F first flight is scheduled for 4th quarter of 2008, with EIS in 2009. 747-8i will have first flight in 2009 with EIS in 2010 with Lufthansa.
