I was looking at United's website and the bonuses that they give to elite members that earn miles in addition to the minimum required for status. One offering is that if a member earns 35,000 EQMs, then they get to offer someone something called premier associate. Does anyone know what this is? I couldn't find the information on the website.

Thanks for the link that google supplied since I couldn't find that on UA's webpage.

How is Premier Associate different from Premier? Are they just lower on the priority upgrade/stand by list? I was curious because UA lets lower level elites give Premier Associate to someone and higher elites can give Premier to someone.
