WIth soaring fuel costs...anyone can share how these new routes are doing?

Will they see the axe soon?

I hope not, since I'm planning on taking them on the short term. I received an e-mail from Mexicana announcing special fares on those particular routes, perhaps not a good signal.

When you start a new route you should promote it in different ways. Usually they offer introductory fares for new destinations. I don't think that is a bad sign, at least not now. I believe they will give it a try for a time...
