I think a test-flight, since KL uses BLL more often for such flights.

the ILS-system at Groningen (GRQ/EHGG) was U/S so they used the BLL one.

They usually go to Scandinavia and then use our ILS for a low approach on the way back to AMS. The ILS was being replaced the last month, but it should be operational again by tonight.
