15 years ago today ... I was a freshman in college. I had just started my classes when this happened.

USAir Flight 427 was a scheduled flight from Chicago's O'Hare International Airport to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with a final destination of West Palm Beach, Florida. The flight crashed on September 8, 1994, killing everyone on board.

It was September 8, 1994 (yesterday was 15th anniversary of accident).

I remember this like it was yesterday. My heart goes out to those who were affected by this. It's unfortunate, but their sacrafice has made air travel much safer. It's a bloody shame it had to be that way though. God Bless and RIP.
