Saw on http://www.flygradar.nu/flygradar.php?&language=undefined that SK7813 was returning to ARN for 15 minutes ago, but never landed there. Still flying over the Baltic sea. Anyone knows what is wrong?

Cant the 738 dump fuel? It has been flying over the Baltic sea for over an hour now. Was supposed to fly to Egypt, so probably a lot of fuel on board.

Yepp, has been doing so for over two hours almost. It took of at about 07:25.

As far as I know, the B738 has not a jettison fueldump system.
So probably it will return, but to come at the max landing weight, it will have to reduce weight by burning the fuel. That's probably done now, by circling over the sea.

SAS website shows SK 7813 Stockholm - RMF Departed 07:09
One would have thought it would have burnt of enough fuel at that level now to land

Yes, looking at ARN's website it shows SK7813A for Marsa Alam at 12:00 local time.

It's a charter flight. SK7xxx means it's a charter

As far as I know, no 737s, from the -100 to the -900, can dump fuel. I think the same applies for many other short-medium range types including the DC-9, MD-80, 717, 757 and A320 family. If necessary, they just land overweight.
