In summary, the guy lost his ticket 25 years ago, and has repeatedly been caught flying a few times since, and has apparently engaged in other bad aviation behavior (like letting two of his customers die when he ran a skydiving school-he was convicted of criminally negligent homicide in that one).

I'd love to know the rest of the details, like how he got his ticket yanked in the first place...

I have an even better question, How did he only mange to get 5 months after being convicted of the negligent homicide. And now all he gets for flying from Eugene is a $2,000 fine and probation. I need to find this guy and rub his arm to try to get some of that luck to rub off on me.
