Are Etihad A340-500s ever scheduled into SYD, or are they just A346 subs? There seems to be 2 or 3 a week

I think just subs, the demand for SYD for them is very heavy now thanks to the virgin tie up.
If they get A380s I could quickly see this being an A380 route.

So long as they don't bring their 77W's in, I'm happy. 3-4-3 777's are not nice on a route this long (and yes I have done it, on an EK flight a few years ago).
