I watched this several times a few minutes ago. Good thing this wasn't at Congonhas. I had trouble posting a direct link, But you can go to www.msn.com and the video is on the first page at the top. I think it's number 2 or 3 out of 7 videos. It's worth the watch.

Jeez! He should never have landed, he did not appear to touch down until at least half way down the runway. Could have turned out to a disaster.

Thanks for posting the link, I was having trouble as I mentioned before. That should have been a go-around all the way. Maybe a touch of get-there-itis?

Whats even worse, the pilot lets the FAs know on short final that they're landing, and the FAs make an anouncement as they're floating down the runway!

That was a new one for me. I hope their flights aren't as late as their landing announcement.

To me it seems as though there was a fundamental lack of planning in that approach. It is my understanding that asking the cabin crew to prepare for landing is part of the pre-landing/approach checklist. So why was it being done when they were 200 ft AGL??
The aircraft didn't land until about halfway down the runway.
I think that the conclusion will be that the crew did not established a stable, and properly planned approach - I would guess that they were rushing.

Wow, that pilot should be fired. That was a clear-cut case for a go-around. The airport's rescue team should be fired as well as they were just running around with hoses not knowing what the hell they were doing. SMH.
