Spanish Pilots Association ( COPAC ) request for a new investigation of the 2008 crash, when 154 people were killed after Flight Spanair 5022 crashed shortly after take off. According to the COPAC representatives, the Final report issued by the authorities is flawed with "several mistakes", with evidence of a "lack of knowledge", and is "useless to prevent other accidents in the future".
The Official Report is considered "Partial and Incomplete", with "several mistakes result of FALSE or misleading information ".
IMHO this put a shadow of doubt over the Official Report, no one could use this kind of language to discredit a report without any base.
Sorry source is in Spanish only for now.-

I see such language used all the time without any base in fact.
Disagreements between aviation accident investigators findings in their reports and pilot associations/ unions is normal and very frequent.
