Hi everyone I was checking flights to moscow for next summer and on July 15, 2013 the Aeroflot flight SU 103 is scheduled as a 77W, is this an indication that they will be receiving their new 777-300ER's

That's a big jump in capacity. Isn't the IL96 even fewer seats than 772 ?

Great! The SU 77W will be a great sight at JFK's T1. Anybody knows if these will be configured 3-3-3 in Y?

Aeroflot used to have 777-200 in short term long time ago. They used to SVO-JFK I think.

Aeroflot's 77W will be configured 3-4-3 in Y, I heard numbers of EK-like capacities (around 400 pax)

Seems like a typical airline, doing what airlines have done for years, put their newest premiere plane on their prestigious routes that has a larger premium demand, thus allowing frequent travellers the best possible experience. I think it is a smart move, allowing a lot of passengers, baggage and cargo to be carried between the two largest cities in both countries.

Maybe. I wasn't sure if the 773s were ordered for expansion or not.
I find it interesting that they don't have 772s anymore and they still have IL-96s.
