According to their online schedule they are only operating the MD-11F and KL's 744ERF are those still in KLM livery?

MP have also resumed Kuwait, Dammam, Bangkok and Singapore.

Bombay has been added as their third Indian destination.

Lagos, Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai and Seattle suspended.

Earlier in the year they also launched Dar es Salaam and Guangzhou.

They are also operating one BCF in the "Safari Connection" livery in concert with KLM and Kenya Airways.

So of the two only one remains flying for Safari Connection?

Of the four they have had, two are now with Air Cargo Germany since 2010, one is flying in the Safari scheme (PH-MPS), and one, PH-MPR, has been stored since August, though I'm not sure where.

I knew they had ceased Seattle, back in July the flight stopped appearing. Glad to have gotten a couple of shots of those MD-11s before they departed.

To be honest? Probably never. KL/AF is not willing to put any money in MP. I think that once the MD-11's are too old to be operated economically they will be retired and the Martinair-brand will be discontinued. All what will be left are the 4 744F's which will be transferred to back to KL again.

That was never said, only KL freighters to MP (which has happened already), AF will keep it's own freighters. Anyway, AF/KL have their own vision with no room for a dedicated brand like MP. Therefore they're slowly dismantling MP, 3 744BCF's gone, first MD11F gone shortly and this process will continue over the next years. In the end AF/KL get what they want, MP's cargo as belly freight or maindeck freight in their own aircraft while they get rid of an expensive decicated brand.

The idea was getting Martinair to take on the KLM Cargo operation with their lower cost base, these KLM aircraft now fly under the "Martinair" callsign, overtime I believe the Martinair brand was to be phased out.

The B744ERFs are not going back to KLM, they'll be flown by Martinar AS KLM. That's the point, it's cheaper than having KLM fly them.

Well, after Martinair (KL/AF) has decided to retire the (remaining) MP MD-11 fleet I think you can actually say the ERF's are back to KL. Cause the 747 fleet is in full KL c/s, all crew already have a KL contract and I'm also not sure if the ground facilities of Martinair will stay. I do not see anything red in this operation.

The crew are MP, not KL. The ERF's are on both the KL and MP AOC, but MP has full operational control. Cargo handling of the freighters at AMS and most outstations is done by MP Handling, not KL.

Most are already gone, some to KL, some on severance packages. In 2014 the pilots will also switch to a KL contract. Cargo Sales employees will also move to KL. What will be left are some operations staff, the engineers (doing the KL EMB's) and the flight school. For now at least....
