In DEN, MCI, MSP, STL does AS have their own ticketing and ground service staff? If not, which arilines provide ticketing and who provides ground services?

I think in St. Louis it's taken care of by Delta, but I could be wrong.

DEN is the only one of the 4 mentioned where AS has it's own Customer Service staff.

The stations are staffed by a AS Station Manager only. The rest of the staff is contracted. Some stations will share a Station Manager. MSP manager use to over-see another station in the beginning.

AS outsources all of its below-wing work in the Lower 48, including SEA.

DL handles both above & below wing functions for AS in MSP & STL. Not sure about DEN or MCI...

DL has MCI too. DEN is a contract handling company on the ramp, as I recall.

Stations with outsourced Customer Service functions now have a CSL (Customer Service Lead) which is a AS union position. They basically handle supervisory functions. This frees up the Station Manager to possibly oversee another station as well.
