Would seem that the firefly scheme has now gone what a shame. Only saw her once in person at LHR from a distance and thought it was possibly the best (Bad the new TOM Livery) I've seen in a LONG while.

Saw her several times at LHR but always from the window of an aircraft taxiing to take off. As expected, results were mostly poor to reasonable due to lack of sun, drizzle, etc. |

However with some tweeks it would look cool as the new livery for IB. change the tail colours to red and yellow from BAs red and blue. Paint the engines red. Obviously change british airways fuselage titles to Iberia. The speedbird could be painted red onto the yellow background. Perfect way to blend the colours of Spain's flag in my dream world. Would be a cool livery bringing the BA & IB liveries closer under the IAG brand. Won't happen though. |
