Does anyone know which European airline will be the first to fly an A320 with sharklets? I had a look at planespotters.net but it wasn't much help.

Wizzair will get 5 or 6 this year, all with sharklets. This according to their inflight magazine from February.
It didn't say when the first one would be delivered though.

I suggest to do your homework before posting such BS.
There are A LOT of differences between Aviation Partners Boeing's blended winglet and Airbuses "sharklet".
