Diabetes is a serious disease but will not preclude you from doing anything you want, in any industry. Follow your doctors advice, watch your diet and be well. |

Unless things have changd in the past few years, I imagine they haven't, you cannot be an F/A nor can you be a pilot. Alt least you couldn't when I was flying, and I don't think that you can get a class 1 medical with diabetes. A girl that was in my training class at National(original) did not have diabetes when she started flying, but developed it later on. The company grounded her and made her a flight attendant supervisor. As far as everything else is concerned, I don't see why you wouldn't get hired. Good luck!!! |
