I'm pretty surprised this happened. The last time I was there (June 2002), there were at least 20 personnel (security agents & sherriffs combined) working at the sole metal detector.

On a side note, what are the security plans for the two 753s that are scheduled to leave @ the early morning hours?

Yeah, I saw this on the local news. I was wondering, at that time of morning, 3AM, wouldn't the aircraft door be closed & locked?
