We listed national capitals that have the busiest airports. What about country capitals that are NOT the busiest:

Berlin, Germany
Canberra, Australia
Berne, Switzerland
Ottawa, Canada
Jerusalem, Israel
Ankara, Turkey

What about Italy?

It is a very close call. Fiumicino alone is the busiest in the country, but how it turns out if we think of Milan as a market (MXP LIN BGY), anyone has numbers?
